PRE-ORDERS

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product page along with the estimated delivery date. Please be advised that payment in full is required for online pre-orders and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they are delayed.

For international shipping for pre-orders, please note that all applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Free express shipping on all orders made within Australia. All orders are processed in Melbourne within 3 business days, (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address within Australia. Please be mindful that all pieces are handcrafted in Melbourne and require time to be produced with the highest quality, so sometimes there maybe more time needed and we will advise you of this through the email you will provide when making a purchase.

All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order. Please email us via customercare@aaizel.com for any other information regarding shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free shipping worldwide via DHL Express on orders over $300. For orders less than $300, a flat rate of $40 AUD will be charged. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order.

All orders are processed in Melbourne within 3 business days, (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance. Your order will usually take up to 3-5 days to reach you from dispatch date, excluding delays due to customs.

We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses internationally.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our pieces are handmade in Melbourne, therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. 

We only accept returns on items that are faulty for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery within Australia and 14 days of delivery worldwide.

Freight costs are at the expense of the customer and tracking details should be provided when returning items. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

Returns and exchanges may only be made directly through us by emailing customercare@aaizel.com and obtaining approval first.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items. 

We are not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Australia. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

aaizél QUALITY GUARANTEE

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability following our receipt and assessment of the goods.
