Shipping and Handling
Please note all product prices indicated and payments made on aaizél are in AUD.
If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product page along with the estimated delivery date. Please be advised that payment in full is required for online pre-orders and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they are delayed.
For international shipping for pre-orders, please note that all applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping.
Shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders less than $300, a flat rate of $10 parcel post will be charged. All orders are processed in Melbourne within 5 business days, (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance and stock availability given all products are hand crafted. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address within Australia. Please be mindful that all pieces are handcrafted in Melbourne and require time to be produced with the highest quality so sometimes there maybe more time needed and we will advise you of this through the email you will provide when making a purchase.
We operate business hours Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays.
All goods are sent through Australia post. We recommend that you specify a daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address. Once the order has left our warehouse, redirecting a package will incur a delay in the delivery of your item, and potentially a cost.
All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order and a signature is required on delivery. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any other information regarding shipping.
We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses internationally
For all international orders, a flat rate of $40 pack and track international post will be charged. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order.
Your order will usually take up to 10 days to reach you, excluding delays due to customs.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.
If an item is held for 5 days at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds / Online Store Conditions
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the dispatch of your order. After 14 days we cannot accept any exchanges. If you do wish to exchange an item you must email email@example.com to obtain approval, and check availability of items for exchange. Exchanges must be from the same season as the item originally purchased, and finalised within the 14 day window.
The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange as at the buyer’s expense, unless the product is faulty, and the item must be unused, with swing tags still attached. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
Returns and exchanges may only be made directly through us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not permit any returns, exchanges or refunds on; sale items, which have been discounted to the value of 40% or more of their original retail price, or on items marked 'final reduction'. Sale items that have not been discounted by this amount may be returned.
aaizél is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Australia. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Once we have received the item(s) in the original state with tags, the full amount of the item(s) is refunded via the original payment method.
aaizél Quality Guarantee
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability following our receipt and assessment of the goods.
