Free express shipping on all orders made within Australia. All orders are processed in Melbourne within 3 business days, (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address within Australia.
All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order. Please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org for any other information regarding shipping.
All international shipping will be via FedEx Express with a flat rate of $30 AUD or Australia Post with a flat rate of $20 AUD.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses internationally.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to deal with local customs directly to organise payment and release of your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept full priced returns for store credit only. (excluding shipping fees)
Returns need to be submitted via email@example.com email within 72 hours of delivery for approval and returned within 10 days of delivery.
Freight costs are at the expense of the customer and tracking details should be provided when returning items. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
All items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags attached. Aaizel reserves the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn, damaged, altered or washed.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items. This excludes our Welcome Sign-Up offer.
We are not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Australia. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability following our receipt and assessment of the goods.
Approval request should be made within 24 hours of delivery if faulty.
